Everything to celebrate
After a year full of celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the Fundació Joan Miró, we want to keep celebrating with you! We will do so with an open day across all the Fundació’s spaces and exhibitions, featuring a range of performances, sardanes, poetry readings, special visits and activities for all ages.
| 6 am – 10 am | Solstici Sert Josep Lluís Sert Building Whether on a guided or self-guided visit, you can enjoy Sert’s building in natural light, just as it was conceived. Includes Nazario Díaz’s performance tsuki love in the North Courtyard (6 am–6.45 am). Book now |
| 10 am – 6.30 pm | Self-guided visit to the exhibitions All spaces Miró Collection, Kapwani Kiwanga, Espai 13, the Joan Miró Archive and the lobby. |
| 10.30 am | Sardanes Plaça Neptú Dance performance with the Cobla Berga Jove and the Colla Sardanista Maig, coinciding with International Sardana Day. |
| 11 am | The Folder of Obsessions Families Library Family storytelling activity led by Alvie Gual. |
| 11 am – 2 pm | Exchange of Fantastic Shoots Olive Tree Courtyard Family workshop led by Pol Terrés. |
