Open Day - La Mercè 2025
We in the Fundació are joining in with the La Mercè festivities once again this year by holding an open-doors day to share this special occasion with all the people of Barcelona, and celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Miró.
During this red-letter day, you will be able to view the exhibition Poetry has just begun. 50 years of the Miró, the Espai 13 exhibition Builders of worlds very similar to ours, by Ludovica Carbotta, Opening the Archive 06. Tribute to Joan Prats and the photographic exhibition Prats Is Quality.
24 September will also provide a good opportunity to make your way to the Miró using the network of paths on Montjuïc, to visit all the nooks and crannies of Sert's building and to admire the views out across the city of Barcelona.
The café, giftshop and bookshop will be open all day.
