Open Day - La Mercè 2026
The Foundation is once again celebrating La Mercè with an open day, inviting all residents and visitors to share this special occasion.
During this special day, visitors will be able to enjoy the exhibitions Joan Miró. Circles, Opening the Archive 08. Le gros orteil, the Espai 13 exhibition Maintenance by Ghislaine Leung, and the foyer exhibition Divided by Camilla Wills. The temporary exhibition galleries will be closed to the public due to the installation of the upcoming exhibition Charlotte Perriand. The Freedom to Rethink the World, which will open to the public on 9 October 2026.
24 September will also be a great opportunity to visit the Miró Foundation, explore the network of Montjuïc paths, discover every corner of the Sert building, and enjoy panoramic views of the city of Barcelona.
The café, shop, and bookstore will remain open throughout the day.
