Flavours of Miró

Conceived by the artist-educator Julia Cavazzini, the Flavours of Miró workshop is a creative sensory experience inspired by the work of Joan Miró and the 50th anniversary of the Fundació Miró, inviting participants of all ages to explore the intersection of food, memory and art.

Through experimentation, whether with hot drinks or spices as well as the plastic arts, participants will reflect on the body as archive and create recipes that celebrate the legacy of Joan Miró and his foundation. The two-and-a-half-hour workshop includes a sensory introduction, a discussion about flavours and memories, and also recipe writing, culminating in a delicious collaborative publication that will allow us to reflect on the relational potential of gastronomy.
