A member of the now-defunct Mallorcan group Neon de Suro, which was renowned for its marginal publications, Terrades is presenting a project based on the theme of the furtive traveller, inspired by the figure of the famous ‘painter’ Elmyr de Hory.
The exhibition brings together a series of more than twenty colour drawings in the form of the covers of the L’Enigma collectible instalments, as well as around thirty traveller’s objects: suitcases, shoes, shirts, vanity cases, etc. A traveller, yet furtive: a complete cardboard cut-out, entirely fictional, dubious and enigmatic, like the very story that inspired this project.
